METRO® Electronic Cigarette Shipping Policies

METRO Electronic Cigarettes are available to retail customers with a valid U.S. shipping address and delivery is provided by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation, which will contain your tracking number.

* Free shipping via USPS First Class Mail is offered for shipments with a weight below 13 oz. regardless of order amount.

 * Free shipping via UPS Ground is offered on any order over $50.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place items in your cart depending on weight, destination and shipping method selected. These charges can be viewed at anytime by selecting “Estimate Shipping” in the top right hand corner of the page. Please note that there must be at least one item in your cart in order to view the shipping estimator.

The chart below outlines the shipping standards for all orders received prior to 12:00pm MST Monday-Friday.

• USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

• USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

• UPS Next Day Air Saver – Guaranteed by 3:00 P.M. the following day

• UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed by End of 2nd business day depending on time of order placement

• UPS 3 Day Select – Guaranteed by End of 3rd business day depending on time of order placement

• UPS Ground – Guaranteed by End of Day within 3-5 business days of order placement
